Great place to stay! I highly recommend! We enjoyed our lake front rooms so much with balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful to us from check in to check out. One sweet young lady helped us with restaurants for our next stop. She even printed out a list
For us and brought it up to our room. All was really clean with Nicely decorated rooms. Our bed was comfy too!

Views are amazing but that’s about it. Service is terrible. Hotel caters to large tour groups and other guests are treated like an afterthought. Showed up for dinner and was offered a table in the back section even though one with a lakeside view was available. We had reserved in advance. Waiter said that he had a large group and lakeside tables were reserved for hotel guests. I pointed out that we were staying at the hotel and then one miraculously became available. Staff seemed like they couldn’t wait to get off work and looked annoyed when we ordered dessert after dinner. Breakfast buffet was terrible, we went to the hotel Gruner Baum next door the second morning and it was much better. The hotel has 3 sections and we stayed in the furthest building from the main section with the restaurant. We had to walk about 5 minutes to reach it. Our bags were transferred to our rooms on arrival but the front desk couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to shuttle out bags on foot to the parking lot (which was about a 20 minute walk from our building). We had to complain in order to get the shuttle to bring us back to where they picked us up in the first place. Nespresso machine in our room was not working the first morning so we asked the front desk for another one. When we came back to our room, the staff left a cup of brewed espresso in the machine to signal that the machine had been replaced but shorted us one espresso for the next morning. Would not go back.

Excellent location - beautiful surroundings. We had a room in Haus Stocker with a view of the lake - lovely and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at the Heritage Hotel. It’s conveniently next to the ferry that comes from the train station. We had a room with a view of the lake and it was well worth it! We would love to return!

The location is amazing right next to ferry . Luggages can be store till check in time.
Is located right middle of everything.
We had dinner , food are pretty good.
Breakfast is great with many variety.
Room are very comfortable, we have the room with 1/2 lake and town view. Is quite.at night.
I step out at late night just right outside of the hotel to see the stars on beautiful peaceful skies.
We have lovely stay and fun tour in salt mines. We travel lots around Asia , Europe, Australia but my daughter love the experience of the salt mines best.

The balcony is terribly dirty with spider webs all around. There is no shower curtain, so the shower water makes the floor all wet. In general the view and location is really great, but the room itself is not good. The room is over-priced.

I really enjoyed the Sauna, but I was not happy with the fact that my room was at another building, and the building where not next to each other.
