Room was large and comfortable. Shared bathroom was unexpected, but no other guests were there at the time, so it was OK. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Senga and Ryan were very friendly. Ryan suggested where to get dinner at a local pub, within walking distance, and made a booking for us. Street parking at the house.

We liked everything from the welcoming hostess to the large,clear and uncluttered room. The breakfast was excellent with fruits, yogourts (flavored too)and the classical scottish breakfast.

We stayed one night after arriving from Orkney. Hostess was exceptionally gracious and accommodating. She made us feel quite at home, welcoming us to look about the gardens and play with the two dogs. Very lovely experience. Would gladly stay again.

Incredibly welcoming when we arrived exhausted from over 11 hours in the car. Relaxing house, TV and Sky in the room, and the offer to use the communal space downstairs if we wanted to. Table was set out in the morning for breakfast with a lovely range of fruits, cereals, tea and coffee. Hot breakfast and toast were also offered.
