"A really great family hotel in the heart of Hakone. It’s very clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and the kids can enjoy free access to Yunessun (the onsen water park next door). We enjoyed the buffet food, unlimited ice cream, and all sorts of drinks and snacks peppered around the lobby floor. They just look after you very well here. If you have kids, I definitely recommend staying here for a few days while exploring Hakone and enjoying the onsens. We will come back again. "

"Everything was perfect! Room and other amenities are clean and great services. And traditional ryokan dinner was fantastic!!!! That was a good lecture for my daughter studying culinary arts. The private bathtub is enough to take a good rest. I'll visit again."

"Very short walk from the Yumoto station, staff were kind and helpful, clean room, breakfast buffet was wonderful, we enjoyed the onsen. Everything was great. We’ll definitely stay there again. "

"One of the best Japanese style hotel I ever stayed. Couldn’t find anything negative about the hotel or the room itself. A bit outside the main town but the shuttle service is quite regular. And if you don’t mind waking it only takes 15 minutes! I will definitely be coming back!"
