Best hotel in Hakodate! Comfortable rooms, lovely staff, and - best of all - a brilliant, multi-course breakfast cooked in their small restaurant.

Wish I could give staff and service an extra star! We had a personalized greeting and were welcomed with champagne. The room itself was fantastic, and the breakfast was top notch! As for the location, it is only a short walk to the Hakodate Ropeway, and other tourist areas along the waterfront, making it the perfect location. An excellent stay! <3

Service is second to none with personalized assistance. Excellent front desk services, with special mention for Mr. Jang who managed all of our restaurant reservations and city guidance.
Breakfast food and service is superb.
