The room was very safe and quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. Although the room was shared, my privacy was well protected. The shower and toilet were separated, locked, and cleaned regularly. There was also a smart toilet available.

The hotel is located near the famous turistic area. The room is very clean and staffs are helpful.

Great location, friendly staff and excellent service. Our family had a great time in this beautiful boutique hotel. Will stay here again next time when we visit Hakodate.😊
