The hotel was very close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Good variety with Japanese and American food.

Merits: Property was very close to the Hakata train station. Shopping areas and restaurants were all walking distance. The convenience stores were right outside the hotel.
Demerits: What was disappointing was our request for an extra hour to check out was denied despite us staying for 7 nights. We tried to dine in the hotel restaurant and wanted a certain table but we were being forced to take another table that we didn't like.
But I would say the plus points outweighed the not so good service.

The overall stay is satisfactory, near the Hakata station, quite convenient for shopping, dining, transportation and taking night snack.
I think the accommodation is also good, the facility and room services is well provided. Two things that make me kind of uncomfortable, is first the room area is tight, don't have too much space, and second is the air conditioner doesn't work well.

Very close to station. Very good complimentary coffee. The location is quiet as it is not on the main entrance direction. Because of that, it needs a bit further walk to the subway and bus stations on the main entrance side where has more food options.

Has 2 building — first building has coin laundry and vending machine the second building do not have anything . It is not convenient for guest who stay for second building have to do washing .
