The swimming pool temperature was 61 degrees, and jacuzzi was 68 degrees. These water temperatures are unacceptable. I was informed after inquiring they were under repair.
Very disappointing and should have been advised when reservation was made or emailed prior to arrival.

Pool and hot tub had cold water. Would have given a 5 star overall but that brought it done to a 3 star.

We specifically picked this hotel for the pool. After arriving, we found out that the pool was out of service and the heat pump was not functioning. This also affected the hot tub.

Was disappointed that there are no closets to hang your clothes. The pool and hot tub were not working and no date when it would be fixed and one of the ice machine was broken so there was only one available in the whole place. Since this company took over it’s just not the same to stay there. In the future I will be looking for a different location.
