Quiet. None of the amenities seemed to be open when we wanted them.

Super convenient & near my sister in downtown Hagerstown - pool was lovely, but needs a refreshing, as do the elevators; but room layout was great & free breakfast was adequate.

For the price per night, the property was a little dated and the refrigerator was in the bathroom under the sink? LOL, but other than that, the room did what it needed to do.

Friendly staff, reasonable rates, facility in good condition overall.
The plumbing in our room needed attention, slow drain in sink, tub and shower regulator leaked, rust stains on the tub.

The facility was rundown. Elevator wallpaper was torn off the wall. Several large spots on carpet and furniture. An un pleasant order was in the hallways.
