Internet did not work, bathroom was messy with hair in drains, no shower curtain mean bath room got flooded, room had no natural light, I asked for an upgrade (and was ready to pay extra) but no traction from staff, staff did not want to address internet issues

New few renovations such as the toilets. Besides, every thing was good
