Property was priced very low compared to others in the area but the rooms were in excellent condition. Breakfast was just enough and the staff was very helpful. 12pm check out is great so you can sleep in a bit. Would recommend this place, it provided everything we were looking for during a short stay in Amherst.

We had a great stay. We are not super picky, but must be clean and safe and it was. Loved the sliding patio door for air. Will stay here again.

I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. It appears rats are in the walls. They did not provide towels unless you ask for them.
