The staff including the cleaning staff were very helpful and the room was clean and nicely furnished. When I called after we departed because I thought I might have left something behind they checked immediately and made a note to call me if it turned up which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. The walls, ceilings and floors are thin and every foot step above us sounded like a baby elephant; when using the bathroom you can hear people talking in the hall and the plumbing from the apartment above.

Everything was what I would have expected for a Hampton Inn. Very nice stay. One "minor" issue was the lack of an in-room safe. This should be standard and an important feature for me to store my laptop and other valuables. I will probably stay somewhere else next time unfortunately due to this.
