Was well worth it.
Posted 8 Nov 2023 on HotelsOld grand style hotel, service was very efficient and place was very clean and kept up, will stay there again. Unfortunately Music Garden was being renovated so it was not open, very close to town square and alot of places to walk around and eat.

Posted 6 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe Araks Complex has a wonderful helpful staff, is right in the middle of everything and its a grand old dame, but note - it does not have air conditioning in the rooms. It got quite warm in the summer.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Highly unprofessional and rude staff, unvelievably uncomfortable beds, old bathrooms, looks like a cheap motel with odor. It is better to sleep on the floor than to sleep on those meds believe me. Nobody cleans the rooms when you asked them to. I requested the room to be cleaned all we got was a new roll of toilet paper. Noisy place, construction going on all day, people screaming, loud music all day. Please spend your money somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean and very close to the main square.
There was no air conditioning and it was very hot in the room even when they provided a fan. We had to keep the windows open to get cool air in but the traffic noise was not great for sleep. So unfortunately we did not have a great stay. The staff were limited and hard to get help from. Honestly I would not stay there again
