The place was accesible. The staff was attentive when I called for the late check in. When arrived the beds of our room where not cleaned, called for the room service and the staff came promptly and changed every sheet of the beds and where helpful. The breakfast buffet was great.

The manager was very helpful with early check in. Unfortunately I had to change rooms as the air conditioning did work properly.

The property was not the cleanest. It was in a pretty unsafe area. It was between two other hotels, and there were people walking back and forth that didn’t look they booked a room at the hotel. They were just coming back and forth for whatever reason. Breakfast was a very limited selection.
