Arty, jazzy, impeccable service!

I came to perform at the Buskers World Games as part of the Chungjang Festival of Recollection, and the location couldn't have been better, it's right in the middle of a vibrant and artistic part of town very close to the Asian Cultural Centre, Art Street, Downtown and many other great places. The best part of my stay was getting to know the staff at bar One Eleven whose hospitality was impeccably fantastic. All the hotel staff were wonderful and friendly, the hotel itself is arty and stylish with beautiful piano music in the lobby gallery and also in the upstairs bar for breakfast and after hours, which creates an intimate jazzy ambience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially for a vegan like myself, with fresh fruit and veggie dishes and rice every morning. I would definitely stay here again when I next come to Gwangju.

The room amenities were not as impressive as other hotels that are half the price. The internet was off the entire time and the air conditioner didn't get cold until late at night. The only thing that was great was the large bathtub.
