Woolworths next door and services club with excellent chinese food, next door to woolworths. Rooms and fittings in excellent condition and some units have undercover parking. Air conditioning quietly coped with 40 degree heat outside. Nothing disliked.

Staff were friendly and helpful , the room was basic and not well maintained. Bed was hard, television had only one channel, SBS. The bathroom has no bench space at all, only one small wall cabinet but when you are staying overnight people use toiletry bags which had to be on the floor. Needs updating. Most motels are full these days so to attract customers coming back they need to refresh their rooms.

Pleasant stay and right in town so close to all 3 dining options.
Staff were never in attendance.

Convenient spot to stop on drive from Melbourne. Simple o/n. Very very hot day so having bedrooms with separate air conditioners in each were very appreciated (travelling with two teenage children)

Up to its usual high standard and that is why we keep returning to stay. It is probably time to service and clean the air conditioner in room 19 to bring it back to full functional capacity. There is no better place to stay in Gundagai.
