Staff were friendly. Made beds everyday but didn't change sheets. Kept bath linens stocked and emptied trash bags everyday. Did not sweep, vacuum, or clean or wipe down anything. The continental breakfast was good and kept stocked and clean. The gentleman did a great job in the dining area.

The room was low quality and reeked of marijuana. Smoke alarms were visibly disconnected and my 12 year old daughter who was there for a soccer tournament was afraid to stay in the hotel based on room and hotel conditions. We tried to cancel the room and front desk was rude and gave us the run around. Would not refund our payment despite clearly un acceptable room condition. Don't stay here ever. Expedia could not help refund my payment.

Staff was pleasant. I would say they are badly understaffed. Floors and elevator were not clean. My room was clean. New linens and bed cover. Could use new carpet. Continental breakfast was included. Good selection of breakfast foods were available. Dining area was clean. Pool while small and indoor was handicap equipped. Stayed 1 night.

Rooms had a mold smell. When i checked in they gave me room that someone else was already in and second room had a dead cockroach waiting for me at door

I liked the indoor pool and that it close to the beach. I wish it were a little cleaner
