Staff was pleasant. I would say they are badly understaffed. Floors and elevator were not clean. My room was clean. New linens and bed cover. Could use new carpet. Continental breakfast was included. Good selection of breakfast foods were available. Dining area was clean. Pool while small and indoor was handicap equipped. Stayed 1 night.

Rooms had a mold smell. When i checked in they gave me room that someone else was already in and second room had a dead cockroach waiting for me at door

The rooms smell old and moldy. Im sure its the salt air

I liked the indoor pool and that it close to the beach. I wish it were a little cleaner

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Our first room had multiple cockroaches crawling away from the front door when we opened it. Went to tell the front desk, the assistant GM was very unconcerned. We had to ask for another room. The second room was worse. There was no water in the toilet, it couldn't even flush. Mold on the back of the door and inside the plastic pocket that holds promotion information on it. There were multiple large dark stains on the carpet in the room, and more bugs in the bathroom. What was worst of all was the customer service the assistant GM had during it all. When we brought our stuff back downstairs, I had to wait at the front desk for 4 minutes within 2 feet of the guy while he ignored me and decided to look busy doing something. Finally had him acknowledge me and then tell me he couldn't cancel. Then it was that he could only cancel the second night but had to pay for one of the nights. Absolutely not. We had to fight to get him to cancel it and not once during this ordeal did he at all apologize for any inconvenience or acknowledge any of the issues we had in those rooms. We're currently working to get our money back. The only positive we had from here was being taken care of by Paul (not the AGM, but was the other staff when we checked in), he was great and so friendly. We appreciated Paul a lot.

Definitely needs to be updated. Water came out like orange and I was told it was because the rooms hadn’t been used in a while…but if this is a typical issue, they should run the water before people come in. Some of the Pillowcases also looked dirty. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but also expected better.
