There was a very noisy motor running during night, couldn't sleep. Maintenance came and said they would have to call someone after holiday. Offered another room or discount on room. Being in our late 60's we decided to take discount as we had way to much stuff to move. Check out Manager denied us a discount, didnt inform us of this, so it upset us . Not sure I will stay there again!

1_did not get the room we paid for the first night. We had to delay our activities the next day to transition rooms. No reduction of the lower level room the first night was offered. 2_ the pictures do not match the space (e.g.) the pool is in the parking lot there is no sitting area as described. 3_ house keeping did not clean our room after 2 days and me specifically asking the front desk to have them clean after the second day before we left the property. 4_finally someone entered our room in the early morning time on the last day at the hotel. I was in the shower and my lady was still in bed. The front desk knew nothing about it, did not acknowledge the potential party, when questioned about this. She was very scared about the situation and the unauthorized intruder. 5_ I have a stayed at a lot of Hilton Properties but this has to be the worst managed property I have ever seen… The services and care stopped when Hilton and this hotel got the money from me.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I didn’t care for the carpeting in the rooms but they were clean, none the less.

Checking it was a breeze the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. The staff was very friendly and patience as I ask for a late check out time . I definitely recommend plus it’s really close to Pensacola Beach it took all of 7mins or so to arrive at the beach . I absolutely loved it and would return. The room was spacious, very clean, the hotel was quiet, and conveniently located next to a mini plaza.
