Super location. The breakfast was served on an elegant table setting. The gentleman who served breakfast was very professional and friendly. All of the staff were very helpful. Great bed and shower. The only improvement that would nice would be to replace the aging carpet in the room with a hard surface floor. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, safe, in the middle of the historic center and because of that it is the very best location. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever met anywhere. They are willing to help and accommodate you always with a genuine smile on their faces. For sure, if I return to Guimaraes, I will stay right there again!

Lovely staff. Room was large based on European standards. Bed was comfortable. Delicious breakfast which was included in room rate. Would definitely stay there again.

The personnel are incredibly accommodating and helpful. Except for the parking that is a little challenging, we had a great two days with excellent breakfast a la carte, not a buffet
