Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsProperty is dated and old. Typical Portuguese rudeness during front desk interactions, but not bad. Property states it has laundry facilities, not true. It also states it is wheelchair accessible, which is not true. There is no elevator and there are stairs to go anywhere in the property.

This a nice, clean hotel in a central but quiet area. Staff were fantastic. I only give it 4 stars, however, as there is no elevator above the first floor. The property clearly states this on its website but it's still a pain to drag luggage up the stairs. There's also no coffee in the room.

Able to park outside the hotel to unload our luggage, two options available for parking, both were approx 300 m, from hotel. Option 1 was free, totally safe, second option was 5€ p/day secured parking

A convenient, well-kept hotel
