"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

"When booking the room on Expedia website I noted breakfast available at Rp40k. At checking I was told breakfast not Rp40k but Rp400k and was presented a card with this printed on it. On complaint this was not hat Expedia west said the person said "Cannot speak English". I was given key to room but not before forced to leave deposit and agreeing to outrageous charges to clean sheets should they be in anyway soiled. No-one saw me to my room and my key did not work.
