Misleading booking information online
Posted 6 Nov 2023 on HotelsI booked a room with two single bed and fully paid for it , once I got to the hotel with my son they wanted to change me extra 50 R for the second bed in the room . I had no choice but to pay but that should have been mentioned at the time of online booking not when you show up at the hotel .

First time at this ibis location but long time ibis guest. This location must be brand new because it was impeccable and smelled great. Everything I came to expect from ibis and that’s why I always come back. 5 stars.

Posted 13 Feb 2024 on HotelsO hotel é muito bom, café da manhã completo e tudo muito muito caprichado. Os funcionários super educados e receptivos. Único contra é o tamanho do quarto que achei um pouco apertado mas atendeu super bem as necessidades.

Posted 19 Dec 2023 on HotelsO hotel é novo e as instalações estão todas em muito bom estado. A equipe foi muito solícita e cordial. O quarto é muito pequeno, mais do que o usual nos Ibis.
