They double charge you. The room smelled gross and there were mosquitos everywhere.
Despite this, it was cheap, safe, staff was nice.

There is endless cockroaches throughout. The pictures of the private room are not the same as the actual room. Most uncomfortable bed in Guatemala. There were people yelling in the common area until 3 am, then construction in the street at 8 am. No sleep, and even if I could sleep the mattress was only springs no cushion. Not worth the money

I was there only for 2 3 hours and I left to another hotel they supposed to refund my money but I never got any back

Lamentable comentario ya que el huésped le salio un evento y tuvo que retirarse al otro día pero ya eso se escapa de nuestras manos. Pidió la devolución del dinero y por ese motivo nos coloco 1 punto.

Peaceful oasis in a big city
Posted 18 Jan 2022 on HotelsThis place was a pleasant surprise, much better than we expected. It was rather quiet and peaceful except for the street noise, and we loved the little courtyard. The staff provided exceptional service.

La propiedad como tal no me gustó. Los colchones super sucios y apestosos las sabanas muy manchadas y como son de color carmelitas pues no dan buena impresión. Había una pareja fumando marihuana. Los baños del lugar sinceramente dan vergüenza. El lugar como tal necesita ser remodelado al menos que cambien los colchones y las sabanas manchadas. Las personas que trabajan ene l lugar son amables. Cuando llegue al lugar y me lo mostraron a los 10 mnts q vi el bañó y las condiciones decidí cancelar mi reservación no estuve ni diez minutos y me dijeron que ya no podía a pesar de haber pagado en efectivo. Dijeron que ya no se podía devolver el dinero así que me enoje y me fui prefería perder mi dinero que estar ahí.

Esa no fue su impresion, aqui se hace limpieza a diario, usted dijo que se retiraba porque sus amigos la vinieron a buscar, mantenemos las instalaciones en buenas condiciones, lamentamos su comentario por no querer devolver el dinero, Ud permanecio 3 horas en el lugar.
