The service at this hotel is unparalleled! I have never received better customer service in any other hotel in my life! They really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! This hotel is first class. The hotel is beautiful and very clean! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous! Upon check in I mentioned to my partner that I was hungry after the days travel. While showering in our room, we heard a knock at the door. My partner answered it and the lady said she heard we were hungry, so she brought us a fruit plate to hold us off until we got dinner... 5 stars service! We did have a problem with our air conditioning on our last day, however they made every attempt to fix the issue. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed during our stay. They did however upgrade us to the premium level which was very nice of them! I will only stay at Barcelo when I am in Guatemala City from now on! Great job!

This is a wonderful place good service the swimming pool is the best me and my wife have a great time I’ll be there I recommend families to visit this place

Hotel excellent location staff good very attractive, however worth to mention that when we arrived we got situated in our room but they forgot to add the bar/purchase supply into the refrigerator and I came down to the lobby and suddenly my wife texted me asking me if I was at the room door and I replied No , I try to call her back and no answer so I rush to the room and when I arrive she said that they knocked couple times an since she didn’t respond they just open the door and when inside !! Imagine 😡other than that all good
