The kitchenette does not work.

The booking picture shows a complete kitchenette with microwave toaster stove and fridge, however there no microwave and the toaster hardly works and is is on really bad shape. There are no cooking or eating utensils therefore of you book this property thinking you will have the ability to cook something bring your own or book elsewhere. BTW. People that takes care of the property are GREAT employees, make you feel welcome.

Our mission is to serve you. The kitchen has crockery, glassware, cutlery and basic utensils such as a paddle, spatula and cooking spoons. These utensils are found in kitchen cabinets. Standard Suites do not have microwaves.

There was a lack communication, rooms without water to drink, soap, towels and the toilet got locked durong the night

Dear Anonymous Guest, We are sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet your standards. I wish we could have been able to assist you as you deserve. However, it seems like the lack of communication that you mention was the main reason for your troubles, but we have to admit it was in both ways. We always offer free purified water for our guests upon request. We try to have as little impact on our environment & that’s why you won’t see plastic bottles in each room, but each room has a pitcher that you can fill from our eco-filters as many times as you like. Regarding the soap and the towels, we have never offered a room without these included in the bathroom. These are basic supplies and always included. Again, if these were missing and if your bathroom was locked, all members from our staff have specific instructions and a special key to open the doors and access to the supply storage room. All you had to do was ask the person in charge of the front desk. We sincerely like to offer our apologies for the inconveniences and hope that we can better serve you in the future and give you a special discount for your troubles. Kind regards, Hotel Management.

Over all property was in good condition. I was not expecting to be an appartment. You get a full kitchen living room and dinning room. Good location. It is close to an airport and off the main street so it was getting a little noisy. Price was great and it is close to everything. They have 24h desk service. Overall I would recomend staying there.
