Old bed sheeting for this price. Old remodeling. Overall is bad experience, i rather spend little more so i can stay at four seasons hotel.

The rooms are aged and need some renewal work. Quirky design draining showing water into the floor of the toilet area. Toilet actually clogged in my room needing maintenance to help.

Posted 31 Oct 2023 on HotelsDefinitely a high end busy international hotel. Common spaces are grand and well kept. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The main issue is that the rooms are definitely in need of refurbishment. No doubt they were beautiful 15 years ago, but they show too much wear. Way too much caulk smeared over every crack in the bathrooms and chipped and old furniture, and worn carpets. Tip: 15 minute walk to East train station area to huge shopping mall with endless restaurants and largest grocery store I’ve ever seen.
