A very nice hotel. The room is high tech. Toilets in the room are all automatic flush. We booked a suite this time and the room is super nice. Business lounge on 27th floor is great and the staffs are very attentive. We will definitely stay at Conrad when coming to Guangzhou next time.

Great stay but service can be improved

Love the size and cleanliness of the room and accessible to down town shopping. Service was lukewarm from receptionist and the staff at main door. No smile or greeting from staff at the main door and they did not offer any help with the luggage during our departure. Overall still a very comfortable stay but don’t expect customer service from the staff like any other international hotels

We did notice that you didn't find a café or bar in the afternoon, actually we have lobby lounge on the 1st floor and executive lounge on the 27th floor to provides food and beverage service(alcoholic beverages included). Our apology that our team members did not meeting your needs and recommend restaurants to you, we have undertaken additional training exercises to improve this important area, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences Again we are appreciated to having your feedback. Unpleasant stay

We had the most unpleasant one night stay at Conrad Gongzhou. 1. The receptionist told me that the hotel only provides 2 bottles of water per room & we would be required to pay for any extras. 2. when we entered into the room, it was very warm & uncomfortable. The air conditioning was set at 25.5 Celsius which is 80degree F in the US. Even though I turned it down to 16.5C, it only went down to 22 Celsius in the morning. It was definitely not working properly. 3. When we checked-in the receptionist informed us that the bellhops are very busy & would not be available for a long time & suggested we bring our luggages to the room ourselves. 3. When we arrived at the entrance, no bellhops offered to take our luggages into the hotel lobby. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or Conrad branded hotels to anyone. Subpar hotel.
