"Breakfast was good, room was big "

"excellent service. we left 2 big lugguages a week before we check in and the staffs are very helpful to organize it for us. When we arrive, staffs took all of our luggages and has already put the 2 big lugguages in the room. everyone is so attentive and nice. Breakfast is great with both buffet and you can also order what you want. there is private onsen in the room. and the public onsen is really wonderful. I particuarlly like the onsen outdoor, it is not big, however, it is very unique and it feels like the onsen in japan. We also got a bottle of wine, desserts, lots of drinks and fruits to eat in the room. we really feel relax and welcome by the hotel. Also, you can get to Moon Moon restaurtant, thermal valley, Beitou museum within 5 to 7 min walk."

"I loved this hotel! The design and comfort were wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and had a great view of the city. The common spaces, especially the outdoor area, were beautifully curated and I enjoyed the atmosphere very much. The hotel is right next to an MRT station and in a building with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Two Tails Taipai."

"This place is SO Taiwan. The nicest, clearest most helpful heart-centered people. Super nice bed. The curtains could be adjusted for full light or full dark. The LOBBY was amazing - inside and out -- out being a balcony with beautiful plants and furniture and ... SWINGS!!!! so I could sip coffee from the [very good] anytime coffee machine while gently swinging outside beside lovely plantings. Then, the thing that breaks my heart is by no means unique to this hotel, but it's quite noticeable here. The materials they used to build things with are of the quality of a movie set. Which is to say, everything shows wear in a way that causes me sadness about the world. This starts at the entranceway. The idea of a grand wooden door is great, but the wood is not of a quality to last. So I see the lack of deep care in the building of the hotel. A cry goes out from my heart ... Wake up world! Everything here was built for that initial picture but not to last. It was built to earn someone money, then be destroyed and "thrown away" in short order (a decade? two?). But there is actually no "away" to throw things. That's my own personal sensitivity. Also, NOT for serious bicyclists. There is no indoor place to bring your bicycle. I asked several ways. A bicycle only belongs outside in a public area, and the vibe of the neighborhood in which this hotel is situated is quite raw or rough. Again I was sad to find no sense of the value of bicycles. Breakfasts looked amazing!"

"The hospitality is exceptional at all time since the check-in. The staff at the reception is polite and helpful. The hotel offers amazing breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff, especially 張玉燕，provides extraordinary service. They are thoughtful and make me feel welcome. The hotel offers hot springs in the public pool and in the room. Very clean and nice."

"Quiet"

"Very nice smaller hotel .The room was very spacious & clean . The hot springs tub was great to use after a long day walking . The toilet very clean & bidet was nice addition . Surprisingly quiet stay even though our room was next to the elevators , from inside our room we didn't hear them even once . They give you use of a small fridge ( unlike most hotels are loaded with expensive crap to make more money ) their's isempty for you to use.The bed was nice , aircon also & easy to adjust . Only small complaint was a very small trash can that we overfilled a couple times . The hotel is in a very nice part of town & very close to the MRT station. Being close to an MRT station gives you easy access to all of Taipei"
