Great location and excellent hospitality. The people here are super nice. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Why 3 stars? The hotel is haunted and both my husband and mother had an experience. Kind of creepy and glad I did not have an experience.

Property was nice, but no hair dryer and no iron. No air condition which is the more important.

It’s extremely noisy and the music stops on 3 am everyday, you have to wear a noise canceling headphone to sleep. There’s no breakfast in the hotel and the staff was answering the phone and ignored us. There was no more handsoap in the bathroom and the staff didn’t change it. No AC, only had a fan in the room.

The location is perfect! Walking distance from the major tourist points, restaurants, etc. I wish the hotel would have an elevator, my mom uses a cane and we stayed on the second floor.

Very well placed near all historical places, the "bad things" due to its position you may heard people partying all night and also due to its location there is no parking inside the hotel, but they have some agreements with private parking lots and you can leave your car in there only a few minutes walking
