When a friend had a medical issue, the staff were helpful and kind. Easy check-in and exactly the kind of room that a person with walking difficulty could enjoy.

The location was great, on a top of a hill, far away from the noisy and crowded city, it had its own restaurante

Unfortunately the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the room very noisy sounded like it was next to their laundry room

Property pool was dirty, a lamp didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room.

Lamentamos los inconvenientes que detectó en alberca, la lámpara de su habitación fue revisada al recibir este comentario y no encontramos ningún desperfecto, a menos que se refiriera a alguna otra lampara en cuyo aso no especificó.En efecto no hay teléfono en habitaciones y esto está perfectamente descrito en la información del establecimiento en este portal de internet, le recomendamos leer detalladamente información como esta antes de reservar en cualquier establecimiento así asegurará una estancia acorde a sus necesidades.

Good option.
Posted 13 Nov 2022 on HotelsExcelent place to stay overnight, it is a bit cold at night when you stroll outside the rooms.
Rooms are good and we rested well.
It had a pool we didnt use.
You need to know that is far away from the historic area of Guanajuato and need a car/taxi to move from/to.
