Very old hotel that is poorly maintained. Unsafe and busy neighborhood near downtown. Better properties nearby to choose from

Para el hotel tenías que esperar 30min . Y la primera noche que nos quedamos no Abia agua caliente

This hotel had no water and when water came it was all dirty and black, so disguisting. Our room had no AC as it was not working. Two days with no AC in a hot room was not fun. Elevators are to slow for a 20th floor hotel plus only one elevator wS working.
I would nlt recomend this hotel, terrible stay 😒😒 this hotel should not be in bussiness. I would like my money refunded.

Good shower
No refrigerator or ice and no safe box.
Staff was nice but had a hard time finding my reservation.
