DO NOT RECOMMEMD, Hidden Fees Upon Arrival Webiste advertises Free parking yet they try to charge you a fee as well. Guests are up to 4 people yet they tried to charge for 2 people out of us 4. They have a 10pm curfew. Guard was not very helpful at all and a bit rude. The Balcony Is A major Violation and Is very Unsafe, its very Flimsy and if you lean You Can Fall FORSURE ! NO RECOMENDADO TE COBRAN POR TODO DESDE TU LLEGADA HASTA EL ESTACIONAMIENTO QUE MANEJAN EN SU PAGINA COMO "ESTACIONAMIENTO GRATIS. EL GUARDIA ES UN IMEPTO PENDEJ... POR NO DECIR MAS. EL BALCON ES UN PELIGRO TOTAL QUE SI TE RECARGAS EN EL BARANDAL TE VAS DE CABEZA!!!

Rude people. The check-out time is 11:00am , just asked for an hour more , offered extra cost. They told me no exceptions and waiting at the door at 11:00 am with so rude behaviors. No English spoken

I stayed for 2 nights. The first night I was too exhausted to notice much, but the bellhop was insulting while thinking I didn't understand spanish and the host quickly demanded ID & money, but improved. The maintenanceman was helpful with the toilet, hot water, and washer, but the toilet in #6 needs functional chain repair. The 2nd day consisted of heavy chemical fumes wafting into the unit. A child cried and had to be removed from nearby. My odor neutralizer was depleted trying to beat back the fumes. I rushed so fast to leave the next morning that I forgot my phone charger which they refused to return. Location, W/D, kitchen, and parking is excellent but behavior of some population and staff is bad.

Haha this review is kind of funny and sad at the same time, because actually you decide to stay one more night with us, if it was so terrible, and actualy we help you with your staff and we are here 24 hours to fix anything you need, we didnt refused to give something back, and sure on any hotel ask for the ID and the payment, this is a business and you have to pay for the night, but anyway thanks, and good luck.

Lots of room but close to the road. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Only thing we didn’t like is the bathroom was in bad shape.

Had terrible plumbing issue had to change apartment. Window doors and springs were broken. Not a good experience overall.
