Very clean and quiet three nights until Monday when workers came early to do road work on Grand St. -- Work is temporary and when completed, all will be quiet again.
Staff is very accommodating and helpful.
Bed is comfortable.
I would definitely recommend Pacific Inn.

For the price, this was an excellent value. Highly recommended for a budget motel!
Location is excellent in terms of being relatively close to the beach. Place seems recently renovated.
Note accommodations are pretty basic, but clean, functional, convenient and an exceptional value.
It’s perfect for when you need a clean place to sleep but expect to spend most of your time outside.

My husband, my 4 month old daughter and I were staying one night in a NON-smoking room for memorial weekend. Upon entering we smelled the stench of old cigarettes. The mattress was so stiff, we woke up sore the next morning. The sheets had a dark brown stain at the end of the bed. We’re took a picture of the stain for proof. We did check-in late at night so the next morning we immediately notified the front clerk about our unsatisfied stay and we only received a brief apology. I contacted Expedia to see if the hotel could refund us for our stay. Our Expedia agent called Pacific Inn and mentioned the hotel denied our request for a refund. We usually visit Grover once in a while, definitely won’t be recommending this place to any of our friends or family.

Room was clean. The Air heater was so noisy. We had to switch it off so that we can sleep. The tap in the bathroom was faulty, works in only one position, otherwise makes lot of noise with no water. There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom installed at a height less than 5 feet. You need to bend your whole back to look into it. Terrible overall.

For the money you get what you pay for. It beats staying in a tent with bad weather. That being said, definitely bottom of the barrel. I’d stay again if need be, but I’d definitely consider spending a bit more for something a bit nicer. (A lot nicer)
