Do your self a favor, stay away from this place. Dirty, noisy and in a run down shape overall.

I can’t say much because we arrived at 10am and left at 8am.
One of the rooms was upgraded, thank you. I love that we have a microwave.
The room is clean though and we have enough towels.
Overall stay was satisfactory

Close enough to walk to the beach, and the man at the desk helped us plan our way up the highway after a landslide blocked part of highway 1. Without him we would have driven up to it as we didn’t even know about it. He was fantastic

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. It was very close to sand dunes/beach area and downtown pismo beach area. Room was clean bathroom was clean. Everything went well I would definitely stay here again.

Clerk demanded a cash deposit upon check in. Would not let me use my valid credit card for the deposit. Decided not to check in and they would not give me a refund, is that even legal?

Only reasonable priced place I could find with a king size bed. It was clean and comfy.
