The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel it’s self was stunning, all the facilities were perfect and the views were outstanding. I had an amazing stay and even though the construction was going on it didn’t interrupt anything. It was lovely and relaxing and I highly recommend.

Calm, spacy, spa chalet

Being remote there won’t be a lack of parking at this spa hotel. Large lobby, large rooms. The open bathroom corner - no doors as it’s really just a part of the room - delivered a bit of a mixed message. I liked the setup in general but the (open) shower was just inches away from carpeted floor which invariably results in moisture where none should be... The overall setup was comfortable however and in good condition. WiFi and TV did what they’re supposed to. Oh, and the breakfast was superior. Would gladly stay again.

nice hotel near the lake with a big indoor pool , breakfast was very varie, the restaurant is very good and serves high-quality regional products

Restaurant staff didn't have updated menu and couldn't translate to English so wouldn't let us order entres, then ignored us. Wi-fi was terrible. Hotel needs serious updating.

Die offene Toilette im Einzelzimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, über die Farbauswahl der Zimmer kann man mal nachdenken bei der nächsten Renovierung. Wellnessbereich ist super und eure Küche ist Sterneverdächtig. Dem Personal scheint es gut zu gehen, was am Service merkbar ist, unbedingt beibehalten! Vielen Dank für ein kulinarisch absolut hochwertiges und erholsames Wochenende!
