Poor wifi

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet, although our room did not have wifi. We asked at reception, only to be told there are "working on it". But it wasn't working for the length of our stay.

Hallo Gezinus, Bedankt voor het geven van jou feedback! Ik had graag gezien dat wij je een betere ervaring had gehad bij ons. Wij werken er elke dag hard aan om aan de verwachtingen van onze gasten te voldoen. En bij u zijn wij daar helaas in te kort geschoten. De aanpak van de nieuw ringweg geeft inderdaad tijdelijk veel hinder voor een goede bereikbaarheid van ons hotel. Onze entree en ontvangst bevindt zich in tegenstelling tot de meeste hotels op de derde etage. Erg vervelend dat wij niet instaat zijn geweest jou het welkom te geven die wij al onze gasten geven. Excuses daarvoor. Ik en mijn collega's hopen een tweede kans te krijgen om te bewijzen dat wij wel degelijk in staat zijn om jou een waanzinnige verblijf te geven waar veel van onze gasten ondertussen van zijn gaan houden. Very nice quiet room, needs more outlets
