House keeping tried to enter room forcibly

I was very shocked that room service tried to enter my room TWICE without me giving consent. At 9am on a Sunday, they knocked on my door and after I indicated that someone was in the room, they tried to open the door with their key. The rooms have no locks on them, but thankfully I have the habit of bringing a door barrier with me. This is NOT OKAY. The second time happened again after breakfast, the exact same situation. After the first attempt at using the key to open the door didn’t work, the person tried a second time. I was horrified that they feel like they have the right to do this when the guest is in the room. Also, it was check out day for me, so they didn’t have to clean out my room anyways. Better management from the hotel please, because this is not okay at all.

Very relaxing hotel. This was my second stay here and I really like this hotel. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with lots of delicious options to choose from. Lots of parking is available as well. There is also a restaurant as well. I ate dinner there the first night. It was good but not great. It was a little on the expensive side as well.

Welcoming staff. Relaxing property with lots of bicycling trails through the country starting right outside the door. Bicycle rentals available. Dinner in the restaurant was quite good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Morning wake up came from singing birds and a rooster nearby. Charming! We’d stay again.

Very nice and relaxing hotel with a lot to offer. My room was big and comfortable. The hotel has a wellness center that i did not really find out about until it was too late. I would have liked to know about what was offered so I could have taken advantage of it during my stay.
