The property is right on the sea front, with sea views from the bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, but beware the shower is open, and the only privacy is with curtains. The restaurant and bar area were lovely, as was the half board option, we enjoyed the pool etc, but if you are coming from the UK, the Sauna and Spa area is most naked people, a bit of a surprise

you have to pay for an upgraded view

I was expecting a lot more at this hotel. I found the room to be very basic. There is no soap or shampoo or face cloths. Each room is given a bottle of body wash. You have to pay extra for a room with a view of the ocean/see. The breakfast was on the 5th floor. Breakfast consisted of eggs(hard boiled and scrambled), bacon, bread, fruit, yogurt, cheese. You can also order an omellete. The hotel is central right on the promenade. One thing I found interesting about the room was that there was no end tables. There were curtains in the middle of the room around the bed on 2 sides. The bathroom is different. There is a sink, toilet and shower. However it is all glass and not privacy. The only privacy is if you close the door to the toilet. There are no balconies with the rooms. On the 5th floor you can sit outside and have a drink.

Disappointing stay but good quality bed

When checking in, there was 1 person for check in and she also had customers wanting to pay for the little shop. She hardly spoke English and hard a hard time taking our information. The restaurant only offered 2 times a buffet style dinner. No a la carte. The bar had a choice between 3 or 4 small dishes (bradwurst with bread etc). There is no parking with the hotel. You can park for free couple of hundred meters away in the village. Parking is not monitored! Quality of the bed was great! Breakfast was good. Again problems with checking out. We had prepaid our stay but it didn't show. Luckily there were now several people working the front desk so the process was a little more smooth. All in all we won't go back to this place. Very focused on the German public and not so much on non-Europeans. For an hotel this size, we would have expected at least a full blown restaurant.

Bad experience, not recomendable. No rules at the hotel is written in English, the people working there is not very good at English and most of them only speak German. The spa area is only for nude people and the first day we got kickt out because we did not bring a towel, at least thats what we thought. The next day we had our towel and we got kickt out once again, because we had our swimming shorts on. When ordering the vercation it said free parking, thats is correct if you want to park 0,3 km away or pay 7 Euro per day.

It is right, that we in about 3 minutes minutes a free parking for our guests offer, the parking spaces at the resort are for a daily price bookable.Our entrance to the bathroom is Only in bathing clothes, as there is no changing facilities in the bathing area for our guests.Our resort gladly for our guests, who did not bring bathing clothes, a bathrobe with a cleaning fee in the amount of 5 euro at the front desk. we welcome them Again at our resort and hope to convince them then.
