"We rent hotel rooms because of the pillows and the mattress. Everything else is just dressing and dressing on the pillow pillows and the mattress."

"IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND."

"The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin."

"I truly disliked my stay here and even checked out two days early, no receipt was given upon my check out to close out my stay or nothing. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The floors buckle when you walk on them, dishes out dated from the early 90’s, sofa dirty, unpleasant odor (I had to purchase a candle), and rust all over the bedside lamps. The staff disconnected and not inviting."

"I loved the 24/7 coffee maker in the dining area to make your own cup of coffee anytime. Also in the lobby-- free lemon water to pour yourself a cup anytime. Also a popcorn machine in the lobby to help yourself to free popcorn anytime. The extra amenities are a nice touch."

"The rate was good but I experienced a few issues. First I want to mention they are renovating. There were no headboards on our beds. I think this is their new normal and there was no phone in the room. The bathroom was nice but poor ventilation and the sink was stopped up with water draining very very slow. The guy that worked during checkout was never at the desk. My experience last year was better than this time."
