We didnt stay for breakfast, room was very clean as well as bathroom. Very friendly staff!! Excellent stay! My only small complaint the room did have a small odor but after i sprayed my perfume in the air it helped alot.

Staff was wonderful, quickly helped us change rooms when we were in a room that was right next to the elevator. Was there for a wedding so very understanding and helpful in getting us quickly moved. The property itself is a little dated, but very clean. The second room we were in was updated. Gigi, the manager was wonderful.

Room was pretty clean. Definitely had a problem that i could hear footsteps from the room above. I would try and get a room on the fourth floor if I stayed there again in the future. Breakfast was ok except for the waffles. Had chunks of sugar mixed in the batter or something, but it was terrible. Not worth the money spent.

The hotel itself is on the smaller side. The lobby is one of the smallest I’ve seen & the breakfast area was pretty small. Breakfast was decent & the kitchen staff was nice. Upon entry into our room it smelled of urine. The floors in the bathroom need to be taken up or they weren’t cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean the floors our first night. My partner pointed out black spots on the ceiling that he thought was mold. I also made the front desk aware of this. There was a light out in the bedroom as well. The mattress in the pullout couch in the living room is severely old and should be replaced. Overall, it was only a one night stay - but I wouldn’t return for a longer stay unless some updates were made.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! My dad had to have some accommodations after his surgery and they bent over backwards to help! Don't miss on this Awesome stay!

Appears to be newly renovated and it is lovely! Location is great everything is only a hop, skip and a jump away. The afternoon desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond. The rooms were nice and clean and very spacious! EVERYTIME we are in Pensacola we will be staying here!

Most of the staff, at least the front desk staff was excellent. Raveen and Kenneth were always willing to help and cared very much. The lady at breakfast was a little bit rude but breakfast was done very well. Crystal, the head housekeeper was also very willing to help
