Staff are warm, helpful and friendly. Hotel is peaceful, quiet and well kept, facilities and amenities are lovely. I only stayed one night before flying out the next day, but would definitley return and recommend this hotel. Bar and restaurant staff on duty the night I stayed were also amazing. Made me feel right at home despite being halfway across the world from it.

The lobby of hotel was very nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. Enough choices. The rooms are worn and in need of updates. The faucet in our bathroom leaked continually and smelled of mold. This is an older HGI.

The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.

For a quick trip that I made, this was my second stay within a period of 10 days. I returned because the rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a nice bar in the lobby. There are several choices of restaurants close by and there is a Dunkin’ Donuts within walking distance. quite important for me, was the airport shuttle starting at 4 AM —a great service.

The staff is always so kind at this hotel. We keep our vehicle here every year when we leave town for two weeks and it’s always in the same place and same condition as we left it. Definitely worth the savings at the airport to stay here a night and keep a vehicle there for the two weeks we are gone. The beds are always comfy and we enjoy our stay. The shuttle drivers have always been so sweet and helpful!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays so we missed out on that. It appear that them housekeeping was using mattress cover as bed spreads. I thought that strange but I would stay again. I felt safe in the area and the rooms were nice
