"I’m was a concerned mother being my son was under age which he in the military who had orders to go to Virginia first trip traveling alone help us be ready with all his documents in hand to help reinsure that he was going to be taken care off front desk rep answered all my questions and concerns in timely fashion and understood my concerns also had a shuttle for visitors to go to airport. My son breakfast was good and customer service was very helpful room was very clean and comfortable as he had a long trip and very quiet he was very satisfied and felt safe although was a strange and long journey you had a head he also stated he’ll dif recommend the stay thank you"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Tru has done an outstanding job remodeling this hotel. The location was most convenient near the Medical Center where my wife had an early morning appointment. We did not get to partake in the breakfast buffet; however, it looked great. I'd gladly stay in another Tru by Hilton for my next hotel needs."

"Ms. Anita is the absolute sweetest woman I’ve ever met as a receptionist. She was very kind and helpful. The rooms I got were nice and very clean. The cleanest rooms I’ve ever been in. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Don’t be afraid, it’s a one of a kind hotel. Diamond in the ruff so to say. "

"This place, was awesome. I'm disabled. And finding hotels that will accommodate you is hard . I have mobility issues, trouble getting to the bathroom, trouble loading my truck back up. This staff went out of their way, helped me into my room multiple times, took my luggage to my truck for me, gave me clean towels and linens when the toilet basically exploded all over in a huge mess. Even brought a new key to me so I didn't have to go to the lobby. These people are seriously wonderful. I mean that. It's terrible living with a disability and having issues like I do and then when simple stuff like a toilet backing up happens and you can't stop it.. the staff here is amazing... 10 stars"
