All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! Great location and they had parking too. Breakfast was included and wonderful!!

Old rooms with very little space to sleep or rest comfortably. The property seems a bit dated. Should update the furniture in the rooms and the size of the small beds. Overall, it is a 3 star hotel at best. With that said, the staff are extremely helpful and kind in planning excursions. It is right next to the FIRST gondola station for convenience. The bus station is nearby as well. Also, the breakfast is extremely well prepared and presented, making it a highlight of the mornings. Lastly, the pool and sauna are warm, clean, and a very relaxing way to end a long day.

Posted 8 Sep 2023 on HotelsExcellent hotel. I cannot praise it enough. From the moment you walked through the door you were greeted by a smiling receptionist. Check-in was quick and easy. The Reception staff were very helpful about where to go and what to do. Directed to our room, we were in shock at how big it was.
The food was exceptional served by informative waiters who served you out on the terrace during the evening. Would I stay again? Definitely.
