I had great experience staying at Hotel Spinne. I was traveling solo, and the room for one person was perfect for me. The room was clean and spacious with a big patio and the view of Mount Eiger! The bathroom was a bit small but I had no problem with it. I also spent time at their spa after a long day of hiking, very relaxing! The location was also very convenient - in a walking distance from the train station, restaurants, and shops.

The property is well located on the Main Street and thankfully close to many restaurants as only breakfast was available on site. I travelled alone and did feel safe but would have appreciated extra security locks on the door. The walls are quite thin and the noise of people above my room came through quite clearly….. Not sure if they were in a room, the stairways or hallway though.

Very nice hotel. It’d be even nicer if there will be a jacuzzi or pool at the top floor room. (I’m willing to pay more for that.)

It is a very decent hotel in Grindelwald with few minutes walk to the gondola. We stayed in the mountain view room which can enjoy the amazing view right from the patio. The hotel is a bit old but very clean. The room has everything we need. The breakfast is great with lots of choices and also can enjoy the mountain view right at the restaurant. The infinity pool and hot tub is the highlight as well. We are family of 5 and enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice property but the staff could be a little more informative. Also the shower is very small and the room service staff open the room door despite having the label to not enter on the outside of the door
