I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a true small town feel in the middle of the Swiss Alps. The property was amazing and convenient to all attractions, dining and transportation.

Double Check if booking with Hotel
Posted 4 Jan 2023 on HotelsAt Check in they did not have the room available that we had booked - Room with Bunk Beds for our two Children aged 10 & 12. The only room they had available had a small double bed that was not suitable.
We had booked through Hotels.com which had confirmed it would be a room with Bunk Beds but the Eiger Hotel refused to Honour this - although admitting they had set the room description up wrong on Hotels.com.
The decor of the room was very 1970's and 80's as they are planning to convert the apartments into new suites shortly. This was fine, however the lack of investment lead to us having chairs with Broken legs (which came off). They did replace when asked buy it shows a lack of care and attention to customers.

Just perfect
Posted 28 Dec 2020 on HotelsAbsolutely perfect stay. The warmest welcome from the reception and super friendly service the whole time. Loved the spa facilities. Perfect to end a day in the snow. Location was excellent.
