Why do they keep your 200$ security deposit for four days when they know that your room was left in perfect condition hours after you left, can make it difficult for people on a budget

Hi Cory, Thank you for staying with us in Grimshaw. I understand your frustration but per our policy we release deposits the day of check out on all reservations. Unfortunately, banks have different policies and depending on if you're travelling during the week or over the weekend that can also affect the return of funds to your card.

We entered the room and tried to open the curtain. One side fell down. Tried to lock the bathroom door, doesn’t lock. The ceiling is paper thin and we could hear people walking upstairs all night long. The hot tub is broken. It’s a very expensive hotel for so many things to be wrong.

Hi Nick, sorry to hear you weren't comfortable during your stay. Our 24hr Front Desk would've been more than willing to switch you rooms if we were made aware while you were here. Our hot tub hasn't been operational for years, nor is it advertised anywhere as being so. Thanks for staying with us!

Property is older but we’ll kept. Mattresses were comfy and the rooms were spacious, the kitchenette was a bonus. The breakfast had quite a few options and of course the kids loved the waffle maker!
