Friendly helpful staff lovely room accommodation very good food availability Only suggestion is a handle by the side of the bath to help getting in and out of shower and safe any slipping for older people

Really nice staff and handy for a wedding (5 mins walk). Beds are comfy and despite being beside the M6 and in a roadside room, I slept well. Bathroom was in need of refurbishment.

Nice Hotel and Restaurant

Nice hotel, had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Room was nice but needed some attention to detail. Fire in the room wasn't working or i couldn't find the switch! Door to the hotel corridor slammed on the second floor, so heard it every time someone used it. Some damping on the frame would solve the problem.

Room was cold, hotel was cold, bathroom was dirty. Wall near towel radiator was filthy with dirty watwr marks all down it. Not worth the money for value. Food was ok and staff were friendly. Its basically had a facelift on the front but is still in the 80s inside with ni working lift either.

Excellent service - only slight down side was that the bathroom facility needed a face lift, a little tired.
