I was here for an educational conference. The hotel was ok. I had a service dog with me which is with my friend at all times. She is trained to let him know that his blood glucose is too low or too high and to seek help for him. The staff on the first day were great. On the second day, the service dog (small Chihuahua) moved onto a chair in the front lobby to allow the staff to clean near her. We were immediately told that "animals" were not allowed on the furniture. We quickly moved her back to the floor while trying to move out of the staff person cleaning way. Normally we would not have allowed her onto furniture outside of our home, but we were trying to be helpful by moving to allow the staff to clean u hindered. The chair she moved to was a completely plastic chair.

We want to say thank you for staying with us. We do allow service animals at the hotel. My apologies for the inconvenience of having you to move your service dog off the chair. It is hotel policy no animals are allowed on the furniture. I understand that you were being helpful on keeping her out of the cleaning person way so the lobby could be cleaned. You did your best on keeping her out of the cleaning staff way. Service dogs are well behaved. I have seen several in different places. My sincere apologies on having move her out of the way so lobby could be cleaned. I hope you will come back and stay again in the near future.

The pool was not operational, the breakfast was never fully stocked and most of all the elevator broke and for the next 4 days we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. Several times a each day. I have bad knees and my boyfriend has a bad back. When asked about compensation I was told sorry but not sorry…..

However, we tried to have the elevator fixed same day, unfortunately, the elevator company had to find a part. Loveed it only things wrong swimming pool closed and elevator broke

On behalf of me and staff thank you for staying with us. My apologies on the pool, it is still being renovated. The elevator went down around 1:15 am. The elevator company was notified that night. They are working on getting it fixed. We hope you will come back and stay again with us in the near future.

No water pressure, water was lukewarm at best. Only had one towel for 2 guests. Asked housekeeping to clean our room got back and no towels. The front desk lady brought us some at 2am. The front desk staff was nice but other than that don’t have great things to stay.

The pool was closed due to repairs and the ice machines weren't working.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the pool and ice machines. However, the pool is listed on our website. The ice machines broke and could not be fixed, we had to order new ones and wait on their arrival, however, we did have ice available at the desk
