The location was good. The staff wasn't very friendly. The breakfast choices were few.

Booked non smoking. Confirmation says non smoking. Expedia says non smoking. Quality inn says smoking and they can't do anything to help. And there smoking rooms are more than cigarettes.

The term handicap accessible should mean more than a door wide enough to allow a wheelchair to pass through. Door to the bathroom opened into a bed preventing full opening. Shower had a ski ramp in the opening. Very unpleasant stay.

Toilet was messed up. Saw a roach in the bathroom. Shower wall needed repair. Room has an unusual smell.
