This property was a surprise excellent find for our overnight stay in Greenville South Carolina. It was in a quiet location about 1 block from everything. Check in was a breeze when booked via Expedia app. Room was large with a queen bed, recliner, kitchenette, large TV and a stocked bathroom. I understand there are long term rentals in the hotel but it was very quiet and seems very secure.

It had a lot of long time stay people. Everything was clean and safe though. No breakfast and construction made the lobby dusty.

I was unpleasantly surprised that you needed to put down $150 for a security deposit. Most places do not charge that amount of money and it was just very frustrating. It was on Expedia all the way down at the bottom under other fees, I just don't normally look at that Because that's usually for pets and things

This is a very old hotel (previously a Quality Inn) and its age shows. What wasn't said in all the pictures of the site is it is under construction starting on the first floor. The room was adequate. It had a full size refrigerator(great), coffee maker(great), microwave(worked), toaster (didn't work). Hair dryer didn't work and accessible shower had one door that didn't open and that's where the grab bar was. The bed was comfortable, but sheets were obviously old (pilling on sheets). It is clear that they are gutting the rooms and replacing everything. It was dirty and not just from the construction. All in all, I would give this hotel barely 2 stars. Had they advertised that it was under construction, we would not have picked it. And, they demanded a $150 deposit when we checked in or we couldn't have the room. That's a new one on me!!

For the price it was fine. Clean. The bed was more comfortable for us than we thought it would be.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. It was a bit further back from the main road which wasn’t bad since it kept it more quiet for guests. They were in the middle of construction so my ratings for property and cleanliness should be taken lightly and not determine any final decisions. The room was great, had a little kitchen area and everything that allowed me to store and heat up food. Would recommend and likely if I go back up in the area, will reserve a room there again.
